Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the expected arrival date may attract full payment of the cost of accommodation booked, depending on circumstances.

For bookings made during School Holidays, Long Weekends or Special Events cancellations made less than 28 days prior to the expected date of arrival may attract cancellation fees.

All cancellation fees are subject to the discretion of management.

When a deposit is made as a guarantee for bookings over school holidays, Long Weekends or Special Events full payment may be required at least 14 days before the expected date of arrival.

Once accommodation has been taken, the person signing the check-in form will be responsible for all charges and payment is generally expected at the time of check-in. Should the guests decide to depart early, charges will still apply, though, depending on circumstances, management may agree to refund up to 80% of any unused accommodation charges in emergency or compassionate circumstances (proof may be required). Where a weekly rate has been given, any accommodation may be charged out at a daily rate if less than a week has been used.
